Sam de Ster

Me and my team at the time designed Sam de Ster. Sam is a cuddly toy, with sensors in him. With Sam comes a couple of other sensors you can put at each step of the night routine of the kid, for instance brushing teeth. By taking Sam with you the kid can hold him in front of the sensor at each step of the routine to obtain points. Sam gives feedback by talking, giving the kid a positive feeling. With the obtained points the children are able to get new bedtime stories, because every night Sam tells a bedtime story to the kids. 

This project is designed to help children to get to sleep better, and also to prevent situations in which the children don’t want to go to bed. Important is that the children always do their night routine guided by their parents.
