Hi, I am Julius,

a 22 year old UX/UI Designer from Haarlem. And you probably wonder: “Why UX/UI Design?”. Let me explain. As a kid I always wanted to study psychology, but the creativity in me took over. And that's how I came by UX/UI Design: delving into other people's logic, and using a creative solution to make a working product that fits how the user thinks. It may not come as a surprise that I have a clear interest in Behavioral Design.

2020-Present | Golden Egg Design

During the Minor Entrepreneurship I started my own company together with a friend. Where create websites for B2B customers occasionally. We work with the Pagebuilder Elemntor in combination with WordPress. Sometimes we work on Graphic design projects, for instance, we designed the game IQ110 .

2021 | The Pack Digital Agency

During my graduation internship at The Pack I were responsible for several design projects.I worked on several websites and digital experiences. For all these projects I was responsible for the end product, supervised by the Lead Designer. In addition, I occasionally helped building websites with the Pagebuilder Elementor in WordPress. 

2019 – 2020 | Transavia / Peter Pan vakantieclub
During my internship at Transavia / Peter Pan Vakantieclub I redesigned and optimized the website of the Peter Pan Vakantieclub. I also did a number of small jobs such as designing flyers.

Facts about me

I play the oboe for almost 10 years now.
I have toured through four countries with an orchestra: Paris, Berlin, Budapest and Lisbon. I played in front of the Eiffel Tower and gave a concert in the Disneyland Theme Park.
In my spare time I love to read books, draw and spend a lot of time with friends and family.
